It feels like forever… how have you been?
Looking back at my last blog post, which sprung from a fleeting visit, i can’t help but think some things might quite simply be written in the stars. I’ve been swept up in a weird and wonderful whirlwind over the past few months – making some pretty big decisions along the way – but here i am. Sitting sanguinely in my gorgeous apartment in the beautifully charming Amsterdam… turning all those thoughts, ideas and dreams that have been swirling endlessly in my mind into a reality.
Well… there’s still a way to go, but you can’t blame a girl for trying!
I think this morning is one i’ll always remember. Discovering this pretty city all over again, like it was my first time. The crisp, cold air and brilliant sunshine amidst the tranquil backdrop of cyclists, glistening canals and quirky architecture…there’s really no place like it. There was surely something in the air this morning, which made me realise it’s about time i got back to it and filled you in.
…it feels good to be back.
